Terms & Conditions

Our standard delivery service is on weekdays, Monday to Friday.
Please note all orders received should be checked immediately. Please notify us within 24 hours of any errors.
Upon delivery, please ensure that somebody is available for signing, as our courier will be unable to leave goods without a signature.
On receipt of order we will endeavour to send goods within 2 days.
Our normal delivery service is 48 hour.
Any goods not delivered due to our courier company will be rectified asap.
Please note we will be unable to give refunds on any orders that have been been cut to shape or size for you.
If an error with your order is due to our mistake we will gladly replace your order free of charge.
